Nursery Plant Sales Day

Ecotone Plants is a nursery focused on providing vigorous, adaptable plants for landscape professionals and residents in the San Juan Islands region. Emphasis is on broad leaf evergreens suitable for screens and hedges; and upon ecological restoration. Overall our selection provides a diverse palette of leaf textures, bloom times, fruits, and fall color. Our plant selections are “drought tolerant”, meaning they are adapted to thrive in our summer dry climate, and will eventually naturalize (require minimal water). This emphasis on climate adaptation also leads to many of our selections being West Coast native plants.
Native Shrubs
This group of shrubs is bare root plants, which are best planted early while soil moisture is still present. Very affordable because bare root.
